How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Identifiedintegration Heating & Air should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What Can You Tell Us About?
You can reach out about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Identifiedintegration Heating & Air
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
What If the Problem Is With a Provider?
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Identifiedintegration Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How Do You Send a Complaint?
Email contact@identifiedintegration.lat and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
What Happens After You Write?
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
What If You Are Still Unhappy?
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
